After several months of waiting, the Decree of the Walloon Region of July 20, 2016, repealing the Decree of April 24, 2014 repealing Articles 1 to 128 and 129[c] to 184 of the Walloon Town and Country Planning, Heritage and Energy Code, repealing Articles 1 to 128 and 129[c] to 184 of the Walloon Town and Country Planning and Heritage Code and forming the Territorial Development Code, is published in the Belgian Official Journal of November 14, 2016.
Article 112 of the Decree specifies that the Code will come into force on the date set by the Government…
It is recalled that the previous Territorial Development Code, although published, never came into force.
