I joined the Brussels Bar and Equal in October 2021.
Prior to that, I worked as a lawyer specialised in public procurement in a public company for 8 months. In this position, I was responsible for several public tendering procedures. I was involved in all phases of the procedures, from the preparation of the contract to its awarding and execution.
As a lawyer at Equal, I advise and defend both contracting authorities and economic operators before the administrative and judicial courts. In addition, I assist and support contracting authorities in all phases of public procurement, based on my previous experience.
Since joining Equal, I have developed a particular interest in litigation and especially in the strategic aspect of disputes.
Public procurement fascinates me for its complexity and variety, as it brings together different aspects of the law and therefore requires a certain agility.
My idea of the ideal lawyer is someone who does everything in his power to advise his clients in the best possible way, listens to them and understands their needs.
As such, the collaborative and human aspect of Equal appealed to me directly and perfectly matches my vision of the legal profession. Through their talent and inventiveness, Equal’s lawyers provide their clients with a high-quality service, perfectly geared to their needs.
