New trainings after summer holidays !
The new regulation of procurement contracts’ coming out, diverse training sessions are given by the Equal members.
Without being comprehensive here, we note that:
Sarah Ben Messaoud, Sophie Jacques and Isabelle Van Kruchten will give a training on “Essentials of public procurement”.
This two-day training organized by IFE will take place in Brussels on September 22 and 29, 2016, as well as on November 29 and December 8, 2016. It is intended to present the main part of the regulation of public procurement and to highlight the main novelties introduced by the 2014 directives’ transposition.
Christophe Dubois will participate in the conference organized by Larcier on October 4, 2016, in Brussels, on "The public works, acquisitions and real estate rentals by the Administration – Hosing of public services in the 21st century". He will address there the theme of the PPPs, and more precisely the following question: "What constraints in terms of financing? How to exceed them?"
Christophe will give a training concerning "The new rules of negotiation in public procurements and the applicable rules on the other public contracts". This training is organized by Politeia and will take place in Seraing on November 17, 2016. It will be focused on the main modifications introduced by the reform.
