New Public Procurement Act

The new Public Procurement Act was passed by the House on May 12, 2016

The House of Representatives adopted on Thursday, 12 May the new public procurement law. It will replace the current legislation.

Prior to the Act coming into force, several steps remain to be taken. Thus, implementing decrees will organize the procurement rules, and additions will be made with regard to the general rules of execution. An amendment to the law on appeal system is also envisaged.
