On April 8, Thomas Mouligneaux took the oath at the Palais de Justice and began his internship at the Brussels bar within the EQUAL firm.

Throughout his higher education and university career, Thomas trained in different branches of law.
Within the Haute Ecole Libre Mosane, he was particularly interested in town planning law.
At UCLouvain, he focused on the study of European law, social law and fundamental rights.

Thomas is a passionate person, he enjoys intellectual work as much as manual work and attaches particular importance to human interactions.
He is rigorous, curious, conciliatory, attentive and “solution-oriented”.
His successive experiences within a small notarial firm and then with the Civil Status section of the Liège court have prepared him particularly well for teamwork.

Within EQUAL, Thomas is developing his practice in public and administrative law. He is also interested in developments in environmental law and questions relating to the protection of personal data.

The entire EQUAL team is delighted with the arrival of Thomas. His arrival allows the firm to now have 6 lawyers, including 4 women.
