Thomas Mouligneaux
Thomas' areas of expertise are public and administrative law, labor law and European law.
Throughout his higher education and university career, Thomas trained in different branches of law. Within the Haute Ecole Libre Mosane, he was particularly interested in town planning law. At UCLouvain, he focused on the study of European law, social law and fundamental rights.
Within EQUAL, Thomas is developing his practice in public and administrative law. He is also interested in developments in environmental law and questions relating to the protection of personal data.
